Accommodations:
When booking a room, you can
expect the following minimum amenities:
shower/WC, breakfast room/guest lounge with TV;
minimum apartment amenities are
a bed-sit room, kitchen, TV, entrance hall, shower/WC,
as well as initial bed linens and hand towels.
Any potential additional amenities associated
with rooms/vacation apartments, may be found in
the descriptions of the various establishments
contained in the Radstadt Vacation Catalogue,
or on the Internet at
www.radstadt.info.
Final cleaning of vacation apartments
does not include washing dishes. This is something
you will have to take care of yourself.
Pets must be mentioned at the
time you place your reservation.
Meals:
Extended breakfast
(Please note! No breakfast
is provided on bookings of vacation apartments)
must meet the following minimum criteria: coffee
or tea, fruit juice, 2 bread rolls, butter, jam,
sausage and cheese.
The coffee break includes 1 pastry
and 1 cup of coffee, tea, cocoa or a small drink.
For the 3-course lunch or evening dinner
there is a small "a-la-carte" menu at
each participating restaurant, allowing you to
select from a number of appetizers or soups, main
dishes and desserts. The following minimum serving
measures apply to beverages served with dinner:
pop 0.2 l, beer/shandy 0.3 l, wine 1/8 l, wine
with a splash of soda 0.25 l, mineral water in
the hotel's customary serving form; Ski Water
(fruit-juice syrup mixed with water) 0.5 l. No
spirits.
Coffee breaks and dinner may be consumed at any
of the inns, restaurants and cafés which
are available for you to choose from, though not
at B&B's or vacation apartments. Breakfast
is always consumed at the lodging establishment
where you are booked. No reimbursement for any
services which the guest opts not to take advantage
of.
Ski Pass:
We must draw your attention to the fact that,
depending on the season and snow conditions, use
of the ski areas included in the ski pass may
be subject to limitations.
Prices:
Listed prices are in Euro including electricity,
heating costs as may arise, VAT, local taxes,
final cleaning (of vacation apartments),
as well as additional services as featured in
the particular package (SalzburgerLand Card etc.).
The prices are calculated based
on a minimum of 2 full-paying guests.
Should there be only one full-paying guest (rooms
only), a 15% surcharge (= also the basis for calculating
children's discounts) will be assessed on the
price in question.
Children's Discounts:
Children's discounts are only available when staying
in the parents' room/vacation apartment. The actual
age of the child on the day of arrival will be
used in calculating the discount.
Children of the age-group 1993 - 2002 pay 55% of the
adult package price.
Children of 5 years and under pay a flat rate of
Euro 50.00 per week and, if requested, have use
of a crib/cot or extra bed. It should be noted,
however, that this may be restricted by the amount
of space available in the room. With regards to
meals, age-appropriate meals incl. ¼ l
"Ski Water" (fruit-juice syrup w/water)
will be provided. Use of the ski lifts is
also free of charge, though children have no right
to seating.

NOTE : If
attending a ski
course,
a lift pass is required, even for children under
6!!!
Easter
Package "Easter all-inclusive for the whole
family":
We wish to expressly
point out that this package may only be booked
by parents with
their own children or grandparents
with their own grand children
!
Bookings/Methods of Payment:
The package can only be booked
through the Radstadt Tourist Office
based on available vacancies in the accommodation
category or establishment expressly requested
at the time of booking.
If booking is successfully completed, you will
immediately receive from us a booking confirmation,
together with a request that you transfer a
deposit amounting to 20% of the price of the
stay.
Upon transfer of your deposit to our account,
you also indicate acceptance of the General
Terms & Conditions which accompanied
the booking confirmation. Upon receipt of your
deposit, the booking becomes binding.
The remaining amount due on your stay must be
paid by no later than 28 days prior to your
arrival date. In the case of short-notice bookings
- when there are fewer than 28 days between
the booking and arrival dates - the full amount
for the stay must be paid to the tourist office
no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Package-Related
Documentation :
Upon arrival, your host will provide you with
the SalzburgerLand Card and vouchers which may
be redeemed for services included in the package
(lodging, meals etc.).
Arrival and Departure:
Arrival and departure are essentially
possible on any day, as agreed upon in advance
with the tourist office.
"Snow Guarantee":
The "Snow Guarantee" mentioned in
the name of this package is considered met if
at least one of the ski areas for which the
pass is valid, has lifts in operation. Should
this not be the case, you have the option of
withdrawing from your vacation contract without
any penalty and will be reimbursement for any
costs if you have incurred to that point in
their entirety.
Passport & Visa Requirements:
When coming from within the EU, you only require
a personal I.D. card - no visa, inoculations
are required.
Discounts
on Ski Instruction & Ski Rentals:
Discounts on ski courses (lasting 3 days or
longer) are valid only with the Radstadt Ski
School and are only available when the lifts
of the Radstadt-Altenmarkt ski area are in operation.
Discounts on ski rentals are only available
through the following Radstadt sports stores:
Intersport Rappl, Sport 2000 Habersatter, Sport
Klieber and Sport Pichler/Ski School.
Travel Agency Coverage Regulations (RSV):
We cover all visitors participating in vacations
we have organized, through the Borough of Radstadt
(Stadtgemeinde Radstadt), Stadtplatz 17, A 5550
Radstadt.
Individual travelers can make claims directly
with the Borough of Radstadt. This applies to
already remitted payments, in so far as services
can no longer be provided, either in part or
in full, due to insolvency of the organizer.
In compliance with §7 para. 1/line 4 RSV,
we hereby declare that we accept deposits of
max. 20% earlier than two weeks prior to the
commencement of the stay.
The liability of the Borough of Radstadt with
regard to the customer is limited to the price
for the stay paid by said customer and, in the
event that damages are incurred, is limited
to the total coverage of the policy. Should
the insurance coverage not suffice to satisfy
all claims, the customer's claim will be met
by aliquot share.
All claims must be documentably submitted within
8 weeks of declaration of insolvency with the
Europäische Reiseversicherung AG, Augasse
5-7, 1090 Vienna, Tel.: +43(01)3172500, Fax:
+43/(01)3172500-199. Failure to do so within
this time frame will result in forfeiture of
claim.

Other Conditions
and Stipulations:
- These conditions apply in so far as separate
agreements have not been made within the individual
holiday contracts.
- Manifest print errors or miscalculations
entitle the Tourism Association to dispute
the holiday contract.
- Jurisdiction: seat with purview over the
event organizer in question.
- In the event that individual conditions
are declared inoperate, the remaining conditions
of the holiday contract remain unaffected.
- No reimbursement is possible for non-consumed
services of any kind.
- With regards to use of the ski passes, we
refer you to the general conditions pertaining
to the individual lift companies (posted at
the ticket office).
